Traffic on Harry L. Drive in Johnson City was backed up Wednesday afternoon following a vehicle rollover that sent one woman to the hospital. Johnson City Police say that just before 4:30, a woman driving an SUV was heading straight from Route 201 onto Reynolds Road when another driver ran a red light while making a left and t-boned the SUV. The driver of the SUV was pulled out by a passerby and taken to the hospital, where she is now reported to be fine. The driver that hit the SUV was ticketed and will appear in Johnson City Court at a later date.
