An unlicensed daycare provider that was found with cocaine was sentenced to six years in state prison. Officials have released information on the sentencing of 34-year-old Theresa Sunderland, who was sentenced to her second felony offender conviction in Broome County Court on Friday. In July of this year she admitted that she had cocaine and was trying to sell it in December of last year. Broome County Police found the cocaine along with cash and a digital scale while Sunderland was babysitting a two-year-old in Johnson City. She was also convicted for criminal sale of a controlled substance back in 2008.
