People travelling through Binghamton today may experience some traffic delays. The State Department of Transportation plans on bringing Route 17 west down to one lane from the I-81 interchange to Mygatt Street. Crews want to repair pot holes in that area. Officials say that drivers could experience backups and delays while that work is going on. They are asking people to plan ahead for the possible delays.
