A Binghamton man is facing charges related to an alleged purse robbery on Sunday and use of a stolen credit card. 47-year-old Cecil Marshall of Colfax Avenue was charged with third degree robbery after he allegedly stole a woman’s purse on the city’s West Side and then used her credit card at a local business. He is also facing a charge of felony second-degree burglary in connection with an unrelated incident.
