Broome County has announced its new commissioner of BC Transit. Greg Kilmer started at the position following the retirement of George Bagnetto. Kilmer spent 15 years as the Assistant Director and Operations Manager of Transportation and Mail Services at Cornell University. Broome County says Kilmer was instrumental in developing programs and services to meet the needs of Cornell’s growing campus during his time at the school. Kilmer’s annual salary will be just under $73,000.
