The Broome County Sheriff’s Office made an arrest that led to several charges. Early Sunday morning, a deputy recognized 36-year-old Stanley Conklin of Binghamton, a man the department was trying to locate, driving near Bevier Street. The officer pulled Conklin over on Route 7, and determined that he was intoxicated. Conklin already had an outstanding parole warrant for his arrest, and was charged for a number of traffic violations, aggravated unlicensed operation of a vehicle, and driving while intoxicated. He was taken into custody and is being held on the parole warrant at the Broome County Jail.
