It was a speidie (speedy) get away for a suspect who robbed Lupo’s Char-Pit in Endwell Saturday night. State police responded to 2710 East Main Street in Endwell around 9:15 p.m. The suspect is described as a white male, about 6 feet 2 inches tall. Troopers said he displayed a dark handgun before fleeing the restaurant with an unknown amount of money. Police believe he may have been standing in Lupo’s parking lot 15 minutes before the robbery.
