The Candor American Legion Post 907 and the Sons of the American Legion have announced that they will be hosting a discussion on the impact of heroin and prescription drug abuse on the region. The event will feature discussion by Tioga County Sheriff Gary Howard and Tioga County District Attorney Kirk Martin. The meeting, which is open to the public, will be held on Tuesday, March 18th, at 7 PM in the Candor High School cafeteria.
