An Owego man was picked up by police in Watertown, NY after an arrest warrant was issued out of Tioga County Court. 20-year-old Shane Fox of West Beecher Hill Road was charged with grand larceny in the 4th degree. He was picked up by Jefferson County Sheriff’s on Monday before being turned over to Tioga County Sheriff Deputies. Fox was arraigned before Judge Gerald Keene and was sent to the Tioga County Jail.
