Land in Broome, Delaware and Otsego counties will be put up for public auction. The public auction is on Thursday, March 20 at 10:30 a.m. at the NYSDOT Regional Office, at the State Office building in Binghamton, 44 Hawley Street, room 1005. Registration begins at 9:30 a.m.
