The Apalachin Lions Club is looking for help with a highway cleanup at the end of April. The Lions Club announced that they will be cleaning up Route 434 on Saturday, April 26th, starting at 9 AM. The amount of time normally spent on clean-up is about 2 hours to pick up trash on a three-mile stretch of Route 434. Any volunteers are asked to bring gloves and dress appropriately for the weather. All clean up supplies will be provided. If you’d like to participate in the clean-up, give the Lions a call at 625-2365.
