A Binghamton woman was arrested after she is accused of criminal tampering and criminal possession of a controlled substance. 35-year-old Patrice Tillary was arrested after the Broome County Special Investigations Unit Task Force searched apartments at 48 Griswold Street and 330 Conklin Avenue. Tillary was found to be in possession of 186 bags containing fentanyl, along with amounts of crack cocaine and methamphetamine. She was arraigned on two felony counts of criminal tampering, two felony counts of criminal possession of a controlled substance, and a misdemeanor count of criminal possession of a controlled substance. She was taken to the custody of the Broome County Sheriff’s Correctional Facility.
