Police arrested three people on Sunday in a motel on Old Front Street. According to the Broome County Sheriff’s Office, deputies received information that a wanted man named Francis Neller was staying at a local motel. The Sheriff’s Office had been looking for Neller for several months. 25-year-old Francis Neller, of Vestal, was found with two other people in his motel room, all three were arrested. Tuan Vo, of Owego, had a warrant out in Johnson City for criminal impersonation, a second degree a misdemeanor. The third person, 21-year-old Jasmine Crawford, of Endicott, was arrested for possession of 20 grams of the controlled substance MDMA. Neller and Crawford are in Broome County Jail without bail. Vo was turned over to the Johnson City Police Department on their warrant.
