A break-in and assault earlier this month results in charges for a Binghamton man. 22-year-old Jiheje Luckie is accused of unlawfully breaking into a Morgan Street apartment back on April 6th and getting into an argument with a woman who lived at the home. According to police, during the argument, Luckie grabbed the woman’s mobile phone and struck her in the head, causing swelling and dizziness. He is also being accused of pushing the woman away from a door while she tried to leave. Luckie is facing charges of first-degree burglary, a felony, along with misdemeanor counts of unlawful imprisonment, assault, and criminal mischief.
