An Owego man was arrested by the Owego Police Department because of a warrant for his arrest in Pennsylvania. 28-year-old Chad Comstock was arrested on the fugitive from justice warrant from the State of Pennsylvania. He is currently being held at the Tioga County jail while he awaits extradition proceedings.
