Binghamton Mayor Rich David is going to begin seeking bids to reconstruct Riverside Drive between Front and Beethoven Street on the city’s west side. The project will call for reconstruction of water, sewer, sanitary lines, and curbs. Road work is expected to run from June through November, with more work likely continuing into next year. A top coat will be applied to that stretch of road in the meantime to prevent further deterioration.
