This weekend Tioga County will be playing host to the latest Citizen Preparedness Training program in the state. The training program will be held Saturday at the Owego-Apalachin Middle School beginning at 11 o’clock, with the doors opening at 10. To register for the training, you can go to prepare.ny.gov/training-events. Click on the Register box next to the Owego Free Academy event listed and fill out the short registration form.
