A man was sent to the hospital after the utility pole he was working on fell onto a mobile home. Crews were called to 2 Elwood Avenue in the Town of Chenango just after 9 o’clock this morning. The man is said to have only suffered a minor ankle injury but was taken to the hospital for treatment. He is a Time Warner Cable worker who was about 15 feet up the 30-foot pole when it fell over. Two people were inside the home at the time of the incident and neither were injured.
