Upstate Shredding was given one of the highest awards in its industry when it took home the Platts Global Metals Industry Leadership Award for Scraps and Recycling. Platts looks to honor and recognize members of the metals industry which look to embody excellence in leadership, innovation, safety, integrity and performance. Adam Weitsman and other company officials joined industry leaders from around the world on Wednesday when they accepted the award at the 2nd annual Platts Global Metals Awards gala in London.
