The Franziska Racker Centers are a group of over 30 area locations which serve the needs of special needs people and their families. With 800 employees and over 3,000 families served each year, the Franziska Racker Centers will also be taking part in the Tioga County Resource Fair right here in Owego on Wednesday night. The Centers’ Jan Dyson visited the WEBO Morning Show to discuss tomorrow’s event, which has over 20 agencies scheduled to be on-hand. The Racker Centers’ Perri LoPinto also praised the Owego community for the positive response that has been shown leading up to the event. The Tioga County Resource Fair runs from 6 to 8 tomorrow night at the Tioga County Boys and Girls Club on Erie Street in Owego. Child care on-site at the event is also available, and you can register for the care by calling Jan Dyson at 687-8929 ext. 405.
