State Troopers out of Owego arrested an Apalachin man who was allegedly driving while intoxicated with 14 active suspensions on his driving record. 33-year-old Andrew Honnick was stopped for not using a turn signal near the Sunoco gas station on Route 434 in Apalachin.
He was charged with a felony count of aggravated unlicensed operation and driving while intoxicated. He was arraigned in Town of Owego Court and sent to the Tioga County jail on $1,000 bail.
