A tractor trailer rollover crash backed up traffic last night on Route 17 near Nichols. Damage to the truck was extensive but there’s no word or the extent of the driver’s injuries. State Police in Owego say an entire section of the highway was shut down for awhile following the crash. It happened a couple miles east of the Nichols exit.
