A car crashed into the side of an apartment building at Hickory Estates in Owego last night. First responders said no one was injured. Campville Fire Department and New York State Police responded to 231 Hickories Park Road just after 8 p.m. The driver was alone in the vehicle and attempting to park in a handicap space when the driver crashed into the building. The owner of the apartment was not home at the time of the crash.
