The New York State Department of Transportation announced that the traffic signal at the intersection of North Avenue and Talcott Street will be modified. They are adding a left turn arrow to the traffic signal for vehicles turning onto Talcott Street from North Avenue. New York State DOT personnel will be in the intersection to access signal equipment today through June 10 between 9 a.m. and 3 p.m. No lane closures are expected, but flag personnel will be at the intersection to assist drivers.
