Shots were fired at a Binghamton bar this morning. The incident occurred just before 1AM at the Belmar on Main Street in Binghamton. According to initial reports, a man allegedly fired a gunshot into the floor of the bar, before running out the door and through a nearby parking lot. Police were in the area at the time of the incident, and were successfully able to track the suspect down and take him into custody.
