Heroin use is on the rise in the Twin Tiers, and legislators are taking the first steps necessary to help combat it. Assemblyman Clifford Crouch of Bainbridge will be holding a special forum at SUNY Broome tonight with local legislators, law enforcement officers, treatment facility administrators, and others to discuss what can be done differently to help combat the drug epidemic in our area. The forum will be held tonight from 6-8PM in the Decker Health Science Center building, room 201.
