Binghamton Police are continuing their investigation into an incident which left a SUNY Binghamton student in need of emergency medical care. The unidentified SUNY Binghamton student is said to have been at the Ice House on Charlotte Street in Binghamton on November 15th, when he was struck in the head with an unknown object and robbed of his belongings. The family of the victim is offering a $1,000 reward to anyone with information that leads to the arrest and conviction of the assailant.
