The Binghamton Police Department has released a description of the individual they believe is behind the stabbing on Griswold Street on Tuesday. The suspect is described as a black male with red dread-locks and last seen wearing a red shirt. Anyone with information is asked to contact the Binghamton Police Detective Bureau 772-7080.
