The Broome County Legislature held their final meeting of 2015 last night. During the proceedings, third-term Broome County Legislator, Daniel Reynolds, was sworn in as chairman. Reynolds will fill the role, after the former chairman, Jerry Manirich, moves on to become the county’s Director of Emergency Services. Manirich had been a member of the legislature since 2002.
