A woman from Johnson City was arrested by authorities on an arrest warrant, violating probation, and narcotics charges after she was pulled over by authorities for driving without a windshield and without wearing a seatbelt. 32-year-old Courtni Rozelle was pulled over in the area of Old Front Street in Port Dickinson when police first noticed the missing windshield. During their roadside investigation, authorities also found her to be in possession of methamphetamine, crack cocaine, heroin, as well as numerous hypodermic needles. Rozelle has since been arraigned and sent to the Broome County Jail in lieu of $1,000 bail.
