After attending classes at various locations for five years, Owego Elementary students will all be back together under one roof starting tomorrow. The new Owego Elementary School is now complete. A parade including all of Owego-Apalachin’s school busses, as well as police and fire vehicles will take the students from the Tops Plaza in Owego to their new elementary school tomorrow morning. The parade will start at 9AM. A special open house is scheduled next Wednesday for the parents and families of OES students. A community-wide open house is in the planning stages for a later date as well.
