More specialized care will be available for area veterans as a new outpatient VA Clinic is slated to open in Binghamton. The new 25,000 square-foot clinic will be opening on Court Street. The additional space means additional services, including a much needed physical therapy service. Currently, veterans are travelling to the VA clinic in Syracuse for physical therapy. The new clinic will be opening this fall.
