The Binghamton woman accused of sexually abusing a 6-month-old infant in 2014 has been sentenced to 16 and a half years in prison. 35-year-old Natasha Mitchell had been arrest and charged by Binghamton Police in February of last year after a video of the sex act was shown to a parole officer. Mitchell plead guilty to her charges in September. Mitchell could have received up to 30 years in prison, but the ruling judge said that he took Mitchell’s recorded mental illness into account while handing out a sentence.
