Following a two month long investigation into alleged embezzlement, an Owego woman has been arrested on a charge of grand larceny. 47-year-old Denise LeBarron is said to have turned herself in after stealing nearly $70,000 while working as an office manager at Homer C. Gow and Son’s Company of Owego from 2009 until 2015. LeBarron is scheduled to appear back in the Village of Owego Court on February 2nd.
