It’s expected to be located at SUNY Broome’s southeast entrance. The Agency, a small business incubator, the Greater Binghamton Chamber of Commerce, The Alliance for Manufacturing and Technology, as well as Visions Federal Credit Union will all be located at the planned facility. Construction is expected to begin this summer.
