The 2016 Spiedie Fest and Balloon Rally kicks off today. The festival will then continue through Sunday. Special performances this year include: Rick Springfield and Martina McBride. Shuttle busses will run non-stop between the event at Otsiningo Park in Binghamton, and SUNY Broome where you can park for free. Buttons are $20 and can be purchased at Wegman’s, Weis, Lupo’s, and the Oakdale Mall Office. Thousands of attendees are expected at this year’s Spiedie Fest.
