One man was killed and another severely wounded in a shooting in Binghamton earlier today. City Police Chief Joseph Zikuski says two men walked into 1 Mozart Street around 11am Wednesday and were shot by a third man that was inside the residence. One man was killed and the other suffered a severe wound to his arm. The shooting suspect was subdued by the wounded man and taken into custody. Zikuski says the three men knew each other, but it is not clear what prompted the shooting. The scene is secure and their investigation continues. None of the men involved have been identified.
