The man who was shot in Binghamton early Saturday morning has died. 35-year-old Naheen Spencer was shot in the chest near Victoria’s Restaurant on Susquehanna Street just before 4am on Saturday. Spencer was transported to an area hospital in critical condition where he died later that day. Police are still looking for a suspect.
