Owego Police revived three people suffering overdoses over two days last week. It all began at 2am last Wednesday, when officers were dispatched for reports of a 37-year-old woman that had overdosed on an unknown substance. The next call was for a 50-year-old female at 12pm Wednesday and the final call was for a 28-year-old male at 4pm last Thursday.
