When the Owego-Apalachin School District Board of Education meets tomorrow night, members are expected to approve the final budget proposal that will go before voters next month. The board will vote on a proposed $45 million dollar budget for the next school year. The budget increases spending and the property tax levy, according to superintendent Corey Green. GREEN. Owego-Apalachin residents will vote on the budget on Tuesday, May 16th. The meeting will begin at 7pm in the Board Room at the O-A District Office building.
