Tioga County held a “Rally Against Nazism in America” in the village of Owego Monday evening in Courthouse Square.Protesters speaking out about hatred and racism are converging around the country, saying they feel compelled to counteract the white supremacist rally that spiraled into deadly violence in Virginia.
