A tractor Trailer driver from Oswego was fatally injured in an accident near Upstate Shredding in Owego.The Tioga County Sheriff’s Office responded to a call at about 11:15 Thursday morning about an accident involving two tractor trailers. A tractor being unloaded toppled over and onto the second tractor. The 48-year-old man was transported to Robert Packer Hospital, where he was pronounced dead. The victim was not an employee of Upstate Shredding, nor did the truck belong to the company. The investigation is continuing.
