The Tioga County Sheriff’s deputies made a fugitive from justice arrest on Friday. 37-year-old Jason Rockwell, of Troy Pennsylvania, was arrested on a warrant from Sayre. He was arraigned in Town of Owego Court and remanded to the Tioga County Jail without bail. He will appear before Judge Gerald Keene of the Tioga County Court at a future date.
