The Owego Police Department is investigating a theft that happened last week at the Early Owego Antique Center on Lake Street. Store surveillance video shows a white middle aged male wearing glasses and a winter coat, concealing an early Dr. Pepper and Coca-Cola serving tray in the small of his back underneath his coat. Anyone with information is asked to call police at 687-2234.
