An Owego woman has been charged with a felony following a robbery in the village earlier this week, according to the Owego Police Department.Police say they responded to reports of a woman being assaulted on William Street around 9 p.m. Sunday.According to officers, the woman reported she was hit several times in the face and her cell phone and oxycodone pills were stolen. An investigation resulted in the arrest of 39-year-old Nicole Morris. Owego police say Morris was charged with robbery in the third degree, a class D felony.She was arraigned on the charge in Village of Owego Court and sent to the Tioga County jail in lieu $20,000 cash or $40,000 bond. According to police, the victim was treated at the scene by the Owego Emergency Squad.
