An Endicott man is facing felony drug charges following an incident in Sayre.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, 48-year-old James F. Rosh II has been charged with felony manufacture, delivery or possession with intent to deliver as well as intentionally possessing a controlled substance and possession of drug paraphernalia.
The charges stem from an incident on Spring Street in Sayre at around 8 p.m. on Saturday. A Sayre Borough Police Officer noticed the suspect place something behind a dumpster at a local business.
A bag was discovered with approximately 17.8 grams of meth and 158.5 grams of marijuana as well as various pieces of drug paraphernalia.
Rosh was remanded to the Bradford County Jail on $100,000 bail.
