A Painted Post woman is facing felony charges after a domestic incident last weekend.
According to the New York State Police, 34-year-old Rheanna B. Kusek has been charged with aggravated family offense and criminal contempt in the first degree, both Class E felonies, and misdemeanor counts of criminal obstruction of breathing or blood circulation and endangering the welfare of a child.
She was arrested following a physical altercation with her 10-year-old child. She was also in violation of a full stay-away Order of Protection previously issued by the court.
A new Order of Protection was issued on behalf of the child.
