A three-car crash temporarily blocked a Clemens Center Parkway intersection on Tuesday afternoon.
According to WETM-TV, the accident occurred near the intersection of the Clemens Center Parkway and Washington Ave. at around 12:40 pm on Tuesday.
A New York State Police SUV was one of the three vehicles involved in the crash.
The Chemung County Sheriff’s Office, state police and Elmira Fire Department responded to the scene.
No further information has been released at this time.
