A Troy man has been arrested on several felony charges after he allegedly stole an ambulance from a hospital.
According to the Pennsylvania State Police, 41-year-old Bradley L. Cordner was charged with felony counts of aggravated assault – attempts to cause bodily injury, robbery, burglary, criminal trespass and theft by unlawful taking.
Cordner allegedly stole an ambulance from Guthrie Robert Packer Hospital’s Towanda campus.
Police found the ambulance on South Main Street, but the driver was not there. Officers found Cordner, who allegedly forced his way into someone’s home before being pushed out the door.
Cordner had to be tased to be taken into custody. He allegedly assaulted officers during the incident.
Police said video evidence shows Cordner driving the ambulance and leaving it on South Main Street.
He was remanded to the Bradford County Jail without bail.
