An arrest warrant has been issued for a Millerton, Pennsylvania man.
William Ray Wright, 46, is accused of having inappropriate sexual contact with a 13 year old girl.
According to Pennsylvania State Police, Wright has fled the area.
Police are asking anyone with information on the case to contact their barracks in Towanda at (570) 265-2186.
